We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven individuals to take on the responsibility of ensuring the correct maintenance and repairs are carried out within the contracted service levels.

We have an extremely varied customer base with clients varying from Banking Head Quarter’s in Central London to Food Manufacturing Warehouses in the Home Counties. Each customer is individual, and your role is to provide outstanding service and maintain every customers refreshment solution, so that they have everything they need to keep them full and refreshed throughout their working day.
Our Service Engineers take full accountability for a number of key performance indicators including response times and the time taken to fit parts. We reward our staff with a quarterly bonus scheme centralised around meeting these targets.
Previous experience in vending is necessary as well as a love of delivering great customer service!
Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: Field based in London and the Home Counties
Hours: Full time hours are 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work offered when required as overtime
