Our People


We have an established and very successful Graduate Sales Programme that aims to encourage young people leaving university to join us. This programme has grown from strength to strength and in 2014/15 we were voted one of the top 100 companies for graduates to work for coming first in our sector, consumer goods, by The Job Crowd. We offer continuing professional development (CPD) opportunities to our staff and consider courses colleagues may wish to study. We also encourage staff to volunteer their time and allow paid time off to volunteer for not-for-profits and charitable causes.

I wanted to be part of that, and to be instrumental in the growth. We also recruit ex-servicemen and women who have left the army and looking to start new careers. Express Vending recruit via ForceSelect, a specialist recruitment service that matches service leavers with employers. Since 2012, we have recruited seven people through ForceSelect and will continue to use this service.  

'Leaving the Army and now working in the Operations Department of a vending company, I have seen how I can use and adapt the skills the Army has taught me and put them into practice in a completely different environment.
