We are offering an excellent training programme which includes two international locations in the first year. With the support of senior ‘hands-on' sales managers, we will refine your business skills and sales techniques and teach you what it takes to develop into a highly successful member of our team.

The successful candidates will not only receive a first class training programme but will also be part of a well-structured, fast-track career development plan that will take you to management level and beyond.

Express Vending is the leading supplier of high quality vending machines in the UK. We sell high value business to business solutions and are experiencing outstanding growth. We are looking for high flyers with proven success to join our well trained and professional sales team.

We offer excellent ongoing training which includes two international locations per year. With the support of senior ‘hands-on' sales managers, we will refine your business skills and sales techniques and develop you into a highly successful member of our team.

Once the induction training period is complete, the job will be based 2 or 3 days per week at head office in Hemel and the other days out in the field (London and the Home Counties) meeting clients and potential clients. You ultimately manage your own schedule but will of course be expected to hit KPIs and targets.

The ideal person will be a highly motivated to succeed. Characteristics such as confidence, competitiveness, ambition, personal drive and persuasive ability are key. Applicants should also be very articulate and quick thinking.

We are looking for a vending operator to provide a high quality service to all customers and to actively contribute to the overall improvements of the business by effectively cleaning and servicing equipment and to establish good working relationships with customers and other Company employees. Express Vending Limited has been in business for over 20 years. Our mission has been to provide Clients with the highest standards of customer care coupled with a "can-do" approach. Our hand picked staff are an important part of this strategy and our positions should be considered permanent to the right people! All staff are expected to protect the Company's professional image.

Job Title: Vending Operator.

Location: Operating from Head Office, visiting client premises within geographical area.

Department: Operations.

Overview: To provide a high quality service to all customers and to actively contribute to the overall improvements of the business by effectively cleaning and servicing equipment and to establish good working relationships with customers and other Company employees.

Hours: Full time hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday but occasional weekend visits may be required. These additional hours are paid as overtime.

Reports to: Operations Manager.

Working closely with: The Senior Supervisor. Supervisor and team.

Express Vending Limited is an approved AVA Quality Initiative Company and will provide training in all aspects of the job in order for the job holder to effectively carry out their role.
