The Problem

At their previous location Wayside BMW-Mini had a number of separate suppliers providing separate hot drink, snack and cold drink offerings in the Client and Staff areas.

The client area had a single sachet based hot drinks machine available for visitors use. Staff were catered for at the previous site by separate snack, cold drink and hot drink offerings from a number of suppliers alongside the option for staff to use self brew facilities.

The Solution

Dealer Principal David Abel said it was also crucial that the new solution accurately reflected the image and reputation of BMW Wayside:

"Selling a premium product and offering this from state of the art facilities, it was important for us to get our refreshment solution right for both customers and colleagues, this was proposed and delivered in a way that fitted into the whole design of our business, Express Vending came up with a tailored made solution following an initial consultation and importantly listened to what we as a business needed."

The solution for the staff area was upgraded to offer a greater variety to staff and to enclose the machines within a bespoke, customised and branded Nebrak housing unit.

The solution now includes a fully managed service catering for hot drinks, snacks and cold drinks. Due to the location of the new site and lack of local amenities, it was decided to also include a fresh food offering comprising of sandwiches, baguettes and salad for staff to ensure that their daily needs were catered for on site.

The high quality hot drink offering ensured that the need for a self brew option for staff was removed and the snack and cold drink provision was combined into a single combination machine all contained within the customised Nebrak housing unit.
