ISO is a certificate that is awarded to us because we have proved that as a business we work along the procedures that BSI have put in place, we run our business according to their regulations, this enables other companies who wish to trade with us that we are a stable and well organised company who believe in giving good customer service as well as putting their staff 1st.
The certificate is awarded to us by the AVA who employ a UKAS approved auditor to monitor our progress and procedures to make sure they are within BSI guild lines.
